Looking for a fun way to earn some extra cash? BierCycle Adventures is looking for energetic and friendly Servers & Tour Guides to start ASAP!
What is BierCycle Adventures?
BierCycle Adventures is the only place in downtown Stillwater, MN to grab 13 of your closest friends and family for a one of kind outing on a 4-wheel, 13-passenger bike for a bunch. The BierCycle also offers private reservations and soon, public historic tours of downtown Stillwater.
This unique business offers staff flexibility with scheduling. Tours generally wrap up by 8 p.m. and our busiest tour day is Saturday. The ideal candidate will be available to be scheduled several Saturdays or Sundays and be a part of the tour scheduler’s on-call list for when client’s wish to book during non-peak days/times (bookings are in advance).
BierCycle Server (Part time, $12.00/hour plus tips)
As a BierCycle Server, you will generally serve food and beverages to patrons on private tours that are often booked by wedding parties, family reunions, corporate outings, etc. In addition, you will assist with all passenger needs related to their tour experience, gather waivers, review rules, ensure that all safety policies are followed and assist the driver with closing procedures.
BierCycle Tour Guide/Server (Part time, $12.00/hour plus tips)
As a BierCycle Tour Guide, you will generally provide historical, unique and fun information about Downtown Stillwater to patrons on tours (a narrative is provided to you). In addition, you will serve food and beverages, assist with all passenger needs related to their tour experience, gather waivers, review rules, ensure that all safety policies are followed and assist the driver with closing procedures.
Ideal candidates will perform both roles of Server and Tour Guide.
Qualifications:
• High standard of professionalism and customer service
• Possess superb people and hosting skills
• Proactive leader and troubleshooter, able to diffuse concerns with diplomacy
• Willingness to share/learn about the area's history and culture
• Organized and flexible with a mix of responsibilities
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to work flexible days/hours including weekends and holidays
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be willing to obtain a CPR and First Aid Certificate
